Adapted by Toby Dewey.

Cast: 6 m or f, 11f, 11m, extras. 70 minutes.
Middle/High School.
Edmund Rostand's classic character, Cyrano,
is a great swordsman, poet, and philosopher,
cursed with a large nose that prevents him from
expressing his love to the beautiful Roxane.
Cyrano finds an outlet for his frustrated passion
as he helps the handsome but illiterate Christian
write his love letters to Roxane. With warm-hearted humor,
this entertaining musical confronts prejudice, falsehood,
vanity, honor, and the complex relationships among Roxane,
Christian, and Cyrano.
A delightful musical score and clever lyrics add both lovely and amusing numbers.

In this contemporary adaptation of the Washington Irving classic, Rip
Van Winkle, pursued by his nagging wife, finds "sleep is a place to go,"
and wakes up 200 years later. Disoriented in an industrial world, Rip
sings poignantly of the loss of his farm community in "Where's the Forest
Gone?" This engaging musical features Hendrick Hudson and a delightful
look at the contemporary political scene through the eyes of Rip himself.
