This is an entertaining and humorous "knights in shining armor" musical based on Book One of Edmund Spenser's The Faerie Queene. The show chronicles the bold efforts of a newly-dubbed knight to save a fair maiden and her family from the terrible dragon. On the way, our hero and heroine battle the witch Duessa and the evil magician Archimago. With wit and pizzazz, this historical show presents an allegory of trying to act morally in a world of temptation.

King Arthur's Knights and Days

Every kingdom needs a queen" and King Arthur gets one in this romp with the characters from the court of Camelot. Arthur develops the Round Table Code, "Might for Right and Be Polite," but is almost overthrown by Mordred and sorceress Morgan LeFey. An off-beat solution breaks the spell and King Arthur, Lancelot, and knights save Guinevere. With its upbeat score, this show is a great way to introduce students to these classic characters.

Adapted from a Nathaniel Hawthorne short story this dramatic and touching musical will entertain audiences of all ages. In pre-Revolutionary War Massachusetts, Goody Rickby builds a scarecrow with the help of her devilish assistant. A magical corncob pipe brings the scarecrow to life as the dashing Lord Ravensbane. Accompanied by his tutor, Dickon, Lord Ravensbane sets out into the world,marveling at its wonders and the love he comes to feel for the lovely Rachel. As the play reaches its poignant climax, Ravensbane must face the truth of his life as an enchanted being.

While his wife Penolope waite - not so patiently - at home, our hero bounces around the Aegean, finding adventures that Homer would never recognize. Sisyphus and his band The Rolling Rocks entertain the wondering crew. Atlas sings them the "World on My Shoulders Blues", the Cyclops warns all to "stay outta my face" and much more. The musical is a playful and entertaining interweaving of many greek myths - a great teaching tool!
